Afterwards, he took us to the centre of the city and we just walked down one street and looked at some awesome ice sculptures. You might be wondering how cold it must be right now? I actually thought that it would be around -40°C. But it was ‘just’ around -20°C
So not as cold as I thought. Honestly though, I was wearing so much clothes I could barely move. 4 leggings, 7 layers of tops and a really thick winter coat. I was basically a walking marshmallow.
For dinner, you’d be surprised, we had ‘German’ food. At least it was supposed to be German but it was so…. chinafied? At least we got butter with some bread… But they didn’t even brought us the food in the correct order. We got the main dish, then the soup, which was immediately followed by dessert and somewhere in between came the salad. That’s also the reason why the table was full with food… They didn’t wait until we finished one course to bring the next one. Nope. Everything had to be on the table at the same time.
